**The opportunity**

We are looking for a Marketing Design Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing and Business Development team in Auckland on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in creating visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with our clients, that grow our brand, and communicate our capabilities and services at both the regional and national level.

This is a hands-on role with lots of variety across the entire range of Marketing and BD activities and will require someone who can assist with initiatives outside of design. Tasks will involve a combination of general day-to-day support and project-based work. We are looking for an organised and energetic person to support our team, lawyers and partners of the firm across a diverse range of practice areas and sectors.

**What you will be doing?**
- Designing and implementing compelling assets that enhance Buddle Findlay's brand, profile and services
- Producing materials for events, websites, social media, digital and any other medium that requires your expertise to convey Buddle Findlay's message effectively
- **We would love to hear from you if you have**:

- 4+ years' graphic design experience - professional services environment would be an advantage
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Experience working with marketing automation and content management systems
- Creative problem-solving skills and can iterate quickly from initial concepts through to high-quality designs
- A curiosity about marketing and a willingness to roll your sleeves up and lend a hand with initiatives outside of design (including event planning and sponsorship management)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills and have strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail
- A collaborative approach with a natural affinity to help those around youA tertiary qualification in marketing, graphic design or similar.
