NZ Wushu Academy Ltd (NZ Wushu) is a prestigious Wushu training institute based in Central Auckland. It offers indoor Sanda Kickboxing Taichi and Wushu Classes integrated with theories and practices.

We are looking for a marketing specialist to join us and to manage the delivery of our key marketing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to use your creative flare in designing and producing contents and publishing them via communication channels, and be the first port of call for our marketing initiatives.

This will be a full-time permanent role. You will work 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday and we offer $30-35 per hour varying on your experience plus all the statutory entitlements.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- researching and understanding the local market trend and competitors
- developing marketing initiatives to support the growth of business
- managing the planning, production and implementation of key brand and advertising initiatives
- creating, deploying and monitoring brand campaign to maximise the effects of brand awareness, lead generation, lead conversion and product marketing
- creating digital contents integrated with brand stories and publishing them on Xiaohongshu, Facebook and other social platforms with a view to promote the company's brand.
- using web and social media analytics platforms to measure success and provide recommendations for optimisation
- working with external agencies to build local awareness and facilitating the smooth execution of the events/campaigns
- collaborating closely with business owners to organise sales leads and develop a report for monitoring, process improvement and attaining business objectives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with In-design and WordPress would be an advantage
- Passionate and knowledgeable about apparel, fashion and têxtile markets.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and reconcile accruals.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Ability to effectively manage time and schedules.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a remote team and external business partners.
