Reporting to the Senior UX/UI Designer, the Marketing Designer will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with designs for use across internal and external channels, and sales collateral in the form of templates, case studies, product sheets and pitch documents. Working collaboratively alongside the wider marketing team, they will create high-quality illustrations and digital images, including presentations and templates across a number of mediums that contribute to the overall success of our products and the wider business.

**Accountabilities**
- Support the Marketing team to produce design assets across multiple platforms (print, social media, digital, merchandise, and experiential) including promotional artwork and informative eBooks
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards
- Work with the marketing team, deliver artwork and design elements across marketing campaigns, market updates, and sales collateral
- Build strong relationships internally to ensure the seamless flow of work through the business.

**Required experience**
- 2-3 years’ experience in marketing design and delivery
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, After Effects is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to creatively design illustrations and produce templates
- An appreciation of tech products. Preferably, you will have experience working with a tech company, and/or SaaS products
- Able to grasp complex technical concepts and break them down into easy-to-understand creative solutions
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms
- Experience working with product and dev team is highly desirable but not essential
- Hard-working, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Be a self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working to tight deadlines across a number of projects.

**Covid vaccination requirements**

Following our recently implemented 9Spokes COVID-19 Vaccination policy, to be employed with 9Spokes you will be required to be fully vaccinated in order to attend our office and meet with clients. If you are fully vaccinated, you will need to provide proof of this on your successful appointment to a new role within 9Spokes.
