**About The Role**:
Due to growth, we are expanding our Tech Team and recruiting for **Senior Software Engineer **. You must have taken key development roles in building solutions for large clients and be able to deliver effectively under pressure in an Agile environment. You may already be a senior developer or an intermediate developer with great skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing, and support.
- Document and maintain requirements and functionality.
- Analyse business requirements and assist in estimating development efforts.
- Write well-designed and tested code.
- Develop software verification plans.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Undertake problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Communicate clearly with business users and project team. Assist in automation, deployment, and monitoring activities.

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and other science related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
- Ability to develop software in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, or other programming languages with a strong bias towards front-end development.
- Ability to measure and design for reliability, availability, security, and performance.
- Competent with the use of GIT.
- Comfortable with working in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills A self-motivated, self-starter, high level of motivation and enthusiasm, innovative and strongly outcome focused and keen learner.
