Primary Details Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Purpose The purpose of this role is to design, code, test, correct, and document complex programs and scripts based on agreed specifications and standards, in collaboration with software engineers to develop and integrate software solutions, and enhance existing systems to improve operational applications. Your Role Manage the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on the why and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges. Ensure customer impacts are assessed and addressed in the design and delivery of solutions. Proactively build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders. Perform complex development activities that may be beyond the competency or skill of a software engineer. Analyse business requirements, refine and implement solutions. Develop applications in coordination and collaboration with BA/QA and the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) of the project owners. Support developers to grow technically and professionally. Process: phone screen, 2 interviews (face‑to‑face or online via Teams) and background checks. About You Experienced full stack software engineer with excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Hands‑on development on client‑server and n‑tier systems. Coaching and mentoring team members. Proficient in relational databases and SQL development. Broad knowledge of software development life cycle processes. Expertise in technical and/or business areas. Practical commercial experience in. NET development (. NET Framework and/or. NET Core). Knowledge on Test‑Driven Development, CI/CD principles & agile working.
