**About The Role**:

- First point of contact for general enquiries and for visitors to the office.
- Prime point of contact for all reactive maintenance requests.
- Effective and timely support of Property Manager and Tenancy Manager in dealing with property maintenance issues, including logging of issues and requests, issue of purchase orders, processing of invoices, and debtor invoicing for property damage.
- Sale and Purchase process administration on behalf of Property/Housing Development Manager.
- Maintenance and update of records in properties filing system and property management information system (database).
- Secretarial and other administrative support.

**About You**:

- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build good professional rapport quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to be proactive, show initiative and have great attention to detail.
- Time management and prioritisation skills with the capability to manage multiple duties and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a finance, administration or reception role, with a high level of competence in MS Office Suite.
