Our client is a profit-for-purpose, charitable organisation who are one of the largest non-government registered and accredited community housing providers in New Zealand.

This organisation manages more than 2,700 properties that meets tenants needs, and tenancy services that support long-term successful inclusive living in the community.

As a Property Administrator, you will join a collaborative customer focused team and be provided with opportunities to develop and advance your career within the organisation. The role encompasses providing administration support to both the Asset and Tenancy Management Teams so a can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet will be key to success in this position.

**You will bring**:

- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build good professional rapport quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to be proactive, show initiative and have great attention to detail.
- Time management and prioritisation skills with the capability to manage multiple duties and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a finance, administration or reception role, with a high level of competence in MS Office Suite.
