**Pro Vitamin Co. Limited**is a fast-growing company committed to delivering high-quality health supplements. To support our company in **Auckland**, we are looking for a **Sales Manager/Account Manager**to lead sales efforts and contribute to overall business growth.

**The key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and implement the company’s overall sales and marketing strategies in alignment with business goals.
- Plan and manage day-to-day sales operations, including setting targets, overseeing territory coverage, and ensuring service standards are met.
- Lead marketing initiatives to promote products, increase brand visibility, and support long-term business growth.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and communications to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Oversee product pricing, discounts, and credit terms in line with market conditions and company policy.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing activities, making data
- driven adjustments as needed.
- Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the business footprint.
- Supervise and support the sales and marketing team, providing training and guidance to meet performance objectives.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure product offerings and promotional efforts are aligned with the overall company strategy.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

**Other important requirements**:

- 3 years of relevant experience or a Relevant Bachelor’s Level 7 qualification.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Quick to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
