**Account Manager (Online Sales)**
We’re excited to announce a key opportunity at TSB Living for an Account Manager (Online Sales). In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth across a range of online platforms. Strong relationship-building skills are essential as you’ll be responsible for overseeing our portfolio's performance and specific product success on various channels, implementing strategies to maximize growth.
With a clear set of targets, you’ll need to be data-driven and results-oriented to excel in this position.
**About Us**: TSB Living is a leading online retailer dedicated to providing our customers with the best products and services. We are looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help us enhance our online store.
**Specific Experience Required**:
- Proven expertise in NZ online marketplaces
- Experience in monitoring performance metrics and devising growth strategies
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Background in content management, presentation optimization, and product content enhancements
- Minimum 3 years working with major NZ marketplaces, with a solid understanding of eCommerce product flows and marketplace performance optimization
- Track record of successfully launching products and managing high-volume accounts on marketplaces or owned websites
- Skilled in managing escalations and streamlining order flow, with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships
**General Skills and Attributes**:
- Ability to operate independently, bring proactive solutions, and align with organizational goals
- Strong analytical skills to assess needs and provide effective solutions
- Capacity to motivate external teams, ensuring outcomes are met within deadlines
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present data and insights effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Photoshop and design skills is a plus
- Strategic thinker with a focus on implementing actionable plans to achieve objectives
- Proven track record in meeting sales and profitability targets
- Collaborative team player, able to lead and inspire team members to reach shared goals
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
