Tēnei tūranga | About the role
MSD's transformation strategy brings with it a newly established opportunity for a Manager, Network Operations to join the Improvement, Systems and Technology group. Based in either Wellington or Auckland, you will be tasked with the responsibility of leading a team of Information Technology and Infrastructure team members, ensuring the team has the right capabilities and skills to enable the expected level of service to be continually delivered to a high standard.

Takohanga tuhinga o mua | Key accountabilities and deliverables
- Oversee the Network Services team response to any interruption of the existing Network Services (Local Area, Wide Area, Cloud, Satellite).
- Support the frontline IT and Infrastructure team members responding to Level 2 IT service requests and property changes.
- Ensure the successful introduction, operation, and integration of advanced monitoring capabilities to continuously improve service visibility and telemetry.
- Promote and advance collaboration across IST Shared Services, Service Support and Property teams.
- Engage with Service Providers and Vendors to evaluate new product offerings that deliver enhanced monitoring capabilities.
- Support the Manager Network Services in the priorities of Operational Excellence, Portfolio Management and Team Engagement.

- A proven track record leading and influencing others, improving workforce culture, engagement, and ways of working.
- Experience working in a people leadership capacity with a strong understand of people management processes.
- High levels of resilience and experience leading through change.
- Strong experience in leading the development and implementation of strategies.
- An open, transparent, and upfront approach, whilst having the ability to balance MSD's requirements and priorities.

**Salary range**: $136,420.00 - $169,767.00
