**About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga**

The After-Hours Rostering Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful migration and implementation of a new rostering system across NZCommunity Living, which is the division of NZ Health Group providing specialised support to individuals with a disability, as well as their whanau. You will coordinate effective and efficient rostering of our Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of safe services to the people we support, taking ownership of the rostering processes to ensure Support Workers are rostered as per their competencies, availability and contracted hours.

This is a part time position with 8 hours or 18 hours per week available.

Sat & Sun 18 hours: 10am to 7.30pm

Saturday 8 hours: 6am to 2.30pm

**What You Will Bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga**
- 1-3 years' experience in scheduling/coordinating rosters using MS Excel or a Client Management System
- Strong organisational skills required to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills & listening skills, with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships
- Confident computer skills, including MS Excel
