**About the Role**

We are looking for Guest Services Agents to join our Front Office department.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and acknowledge guests and their requests / service needs.
- Answer, record and process all guest calls, questions, enquiries or concerns and ensure to follow up.
- Process all guest check-ins, check-outs and any other change of room requirement.
- Maintain an excellent level of customer service.
- Secure payment and verify / adjust billing for guests.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
- Run and check daily reports, contingency lists and credit card authorization reports.
- Arrange transportation for all guests / visitors.
- Count and secure cash float at beginning and end of every shift.

**About You**
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends.
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Full NZ driving license an advantage.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Opera experience is preferred.
