**Your new role**
We are seeking a **Service Delivery Manager** to join our team to support two smaller Government Accounts.
- You will be the conduit between client and our team ensuring service levels are met, capacity planning, releases and continuous improvement are managed while being a key adviser and decision maker, responsible for incident management, team management and managing and mitigating risks in a 24/7 support structure.
- Strong stakeholder management experience along with clear and concise communication skills, engagement, negotiation skills, and a commitment to achieving high customer service levels are essential for success in this position.
**Your skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience as an SDM (or similar) in a large support contract, bonus if you have direct experience within NZ Government.
- You have good communication skills and a customer focussed approach. You are personable and confident and can easily change your approach to suit your audience.
- An operational and strategic approach being able to identify gaps in strategy, delivery, capability and resolve complex issues.
**Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to pass a Government security clearance process and must be a NZ Citizen.**
