**Position Overview**:
Embark on an exciting journey as you play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to influential figures within our Teaching and Learning (T&L) Leadership Team who work remotely. Reporting directly to the Directors of Teaching & Learning (Primary and Student Support) your skills and expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our global educational mission.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively support the T&L Leadership Team in their day-to-day activities.
- Masterfully manage diaries, schedule meetings, and efficiently handle matters through various channels, including digital platforms like Zoom.
- Orchestrate flawless T&L Leadership meetings and events, encompassing setup, catering, communications, and room bookings.
- Coordinate precise travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics for our esteemed leaders.
- Provide crucial support for ongoing projects, ensuring their successful implementation.
- Act as a reliable backup to Regional Support Office Administration staff when necessary.
- Uphold meticulous filing systems, guaranteeing the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

**We are seeking an individual who possesses**:

- Proven experience at an executive level, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively anticipate needs and take initiative to support managers and projects efficiently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft & Outlook (experience with CANVAS & Edge is highly desirable).
- A passion for organization and a track record of managing a manager's needs both in-person and via virtual platforms.
- An openness to occasional travel opportunities.
- Previous experience supporting a manager remotely is highly desirable.
