Supply Chain and Manufacturing Manager

**The role**
As the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Manager your role sits within the general leadership team and will give you the opportunity to contribute, collaborate with and motivate the wider business. The role will see you take full ownership and direction of the Supply chain and Logistics function, reporting to the GM - Sales, Distribution and Operations, you will oversee the daily operations of EDC, and be accountable for the warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role involves ownership of the P&L and will see you leading a team and driving and executing strategy. This is fantastic opportunity to reset the Supply Chain and Logistics function, making your mark on the business.
In this dynamic and fast paced role, you will be proactive, and self-motivated, showcasing your excellent eye for detail, identifying opportunities to continuously improve and develop our processes through SOP’s, training and ensuring issues are resolved as they arise. You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, across the business, with the ability to build internal and external working relationships, with a strong focus on leading, managing and training, along with a desire to learn, grow with the business and develop your career.
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

- Commercial and Finance acumen with experience optimising revenue and minimising costs
- Experience in setting and achieving goals and KPIs
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel and numerical skills
- High level of analytical skills and a strategic approach
- Positive attitude, and high level of professionalism
- Excellent time management, with the ability to multi-task, and take initiative
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Able to develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and purpose
- Experience in writing reports
- Strong computer skills (experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
- Commitment to health and safety
