Job Description

About the role

Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to make an impact? HRV New Zealand is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement nationwide. You'll lead campaigns, shape strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand stays trusted, relevant, and connected to Kiwis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, purpose-driven team, shaping the marketing direction for New Zealand's most trusted healthy-homes brand.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of national marketing campaigns that generate leads and strengthen the HRV brand.
  • Drive integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, PR, and traditional channels.
  • Manage agency partners, budgets, and campaigns to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery.
  • Oversee product launches and go-to-market plans, coordinating sales enablement and customer communications.
  • Monitor marketing performance, track ROI, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the marketing team while collaborating with Product, Sales, Call Centre, and Operations teams.
  • Represent HRV at national events, exhibitions, and community initiatives, enhancing brand presence and credibility.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership, campaign management, and lead generation.
  • Expertise across multi-channel marketing, including digital (SEO, SEM, social), CRM-driven campaigns, and traditional channels.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation ability.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across commercial, operational, and creative teams.
  • Data-driven approach with a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Authentic leadership that models humility, curiosity, and accountability.
