**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
Can you produce high-quality work with an understanding of customer needs? Are you known for your ability to design, develop and deliver outstanding training programs?
If you love to provide training, our Product Training Specialist role could be the next great career chance for you
- Design and develop high-quality learning materials such as guides and handouts to complement training programs
- Delivering high-quality product training sessions to customers and internal teams in person and via webinar
- Utilize software platforms and tools such as WalkMe and the Articulate suite to design and develop e-learning materials and media such as videos, walkthroughs and tutorials.
- Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate and promote training offerings
- Maintain website and webinar platforms to reflect training schedules
- Assist Sales representatives with Proof of Concept demonstrations
- Provide consultation and advice on solution implementation and best practices to internal stakeholders where requested
- Coordinate and deliver new staff onboarding training where required, providing ongoing support through time with TN.

The skills we see as critical to succeed in this position:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field and/or equivalent significant, relevant industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar training role - including e-learning.
- Demonstrated prior experience working within an IT&T industry is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment.
- Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.
- Able to work with a diverse array of people; and build and maintain positive and constructive working relationships.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated strong presentation and public speaking ability.
- Passionate customer service orientation with experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level of motivation, drive and enthusiasm.
- Able to be flexible about travel and time management.
- National and limited international travel will be required. Be flexible with travel and time management.
