**What will you be doing?**

You'll be responsible for the design and delivery of training programmes and learning resources to equip our frontline teams with the knowledge, skills, and capabilities for them to be successful in their roles.

Your primary focus will be to support onboarding and upskill training for all frontline team members both in person and remotely. You will also be responsible for ensuring our training materials remain up to date in line with business changes.

**Setting you up for success**

You'll be introduced to the Training specialist role over several weeks. Within this time, you will learn about our systems, processes and tools used to bring our learning to life. During this time you will be supported by your Manager and wider team.

**What you'll need**

To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience working as a Trainer in a similar industry
- Experience with Fire and General Insurance or Financial services background
- Prior experience working on an e-learning platform
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles, and a willingness to learn more through on-the-job training, with an opportunity to supplement through formal training
- Be a confident public speaker with a dynamic facilitation style, with a natural ability to motivate and engage learners both in person and remotely
- Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritisation, and execution skills
- You will be comfortable working to tight timeframes and often across learning programs
- Ability to build quality learner focused solutions using Articulate 360 and other emerging technologies
