This BI Technical Lead role opportunity doesn’t come around often and isn’t to be missed Our client is open to someone who is looking to take the step up, so if you are Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Visualisation professional who has been looking to take the step into a more strategic, mentoring and project lead role then this is the role for you. The role would also suit someone who is already doing this type of role but looking to work for an organisation that has a social impact focus.

**The Role**
As the BI Technical Lead you will:

- Scope and take lead role in new business intelligence / data visualisation initiatives and undertake high level design of the resulting projects.
- Gather requirements for new BI / data visualisation solutions and enhancements
- Work with BI developers to build the required BI / data visualisation Solutions and provide hands on assistance/guidance where necessary.
- Provide guidance to other members of team where necessary
- Engage with senior-level stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide strategic direction
- Provide ad hoc support to the wider information team on a variety of projects that help underpin the business.

**The Fit**

To be a success in the role you will ideally have:

- Extensive knowledge of BI / data visualisation solutions and data warehousing principles
- Be able to work independently and autonomously
- Be able to interact with senior stakeholders with ease and have a passion for supporting a business on their data needs.
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Experience on tools like SSIS, SSAS, Wherescape Red, Informatica etc
- Experience on data visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Experience on Azure/AWS or similar
