**Job Description**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Property and Facilities Coordinator **to join our award-winning **Real Estate Management Services **team**, **based in our **Wellington CBD **office.
In** **this role you will be the first point of contact for our commercial property clients and other stakeholders, so excellent customer service and relationship management skills are essential.
Through this role, you will explore the nature of commercial property and facilities management. This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start, or** **continue their career in commercial property.
**The value you'll add**
- Assist in the preparation of documentation, including lease agreements, contracts, maintenance approvals etc.
- Ensure property-related obligations, including tenancy agreements and rent reviews are actioned in a timely manner
- Build and maintain professional relationships with Property and Facilities Managers. clients, and contractors
- Maintain the Property Management Information System and Facilities Management database
**Qualifications**:
- 2 years' administrative or relevant experience
- Certificate III or IV in real estate practice or property services is preferred
- Ability to travel and a current clean full driver’s licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to learn and master the property-based system
