Rentokil Initial has an exciting new opportunity for a **Regional Trainer** to join our National Operations team and support our Hygiene Division. This role, which is based at our Support Office and is crucial to our business success

**Service is at the very heart of our business and you'll be involved in processes that drive our business to succeed. We operate in highly competitive markets, so a big focus for you will be to**:
- Oversee the training and development of frontline staff
- Support the safe and legal operation of our business including our audit process
- Support the regions in the full delivery of high service standards
- Conducting and organising the training and development activities
- Supporting the onboarding, induction and ongoing training processes throughout the Service Technician’s development cycle
**To be successful in this position, you will have**:
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in continuous improvement and success in enhancing and streamlining business processes.
- Training and coaching experience
- The ability to network and engage with all levels of the organisation
- A passion to learn, ability to listen to your stakeholders and drive to deliver results
- The ability to influence and network across the Pacific and with our Global Support Teams
