Jetts NZ are looking for a Floating Club Manager, who is energetic, positive, but most importantly loves to help people achieve their health and exercise goals while creating and maintaining a friendly and welcoming club culture.

Ready to jump in wherever needed in the wider Wellington region, you'd have the security of guaranteed 31 weekly hours.

You'd be working:

  • Mondays 10am - 7pm, Tuesdays to Thursdays 12pm - 7pm and Fridays 9am - 12pm
  • in the wider Wellington region where needed

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Driving an exceptional member experience and building key stakeholder relationships with members and local businesses
  • Assisting in delivery of agreed new membership sales and growth on a regular basis, reporting to your Regional Performance Manager
  • Maintaining a positive club culture with the members by engaging in key events and promotions
  • Performing regular in-club operations tasks to ensure all areas are clean and hygienic, equipment and club repairs are updated and scheduled regularly

If you ...

  • are a NZ citizen, resident or hold a long-term visa without restrictions
  • hold a current First Aid Certificate with CPR and defib (NZQA unit standards 6401 and 6402) or are prepared to obtain one
  • are self-motivated and self-disciplined with excellent customer service skills and sales focus,
  • love working with people and have a positive can-do-attitude
