An exciting opportunity for a Claims Consultant to join an organisation that genuinely cares about its staff and people. This is a true customer focused role where you get to showcase your excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail.
Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for:
- collecting, reviewing and monitoring all relevant information to enable new and ongoing claims to be accurately and promptly assessed.
- providing accurate and up-to-date information from all relevant systems to assist in the decision-making process and demonstrate critical thinking behind claim management.
- Striving to operate to the highest standards within a clearly defined risk management and governance framework.
- All claims’ decisions to admit and decline payment of claims are made in accordance with individual delegated authority levels.
- Effectively managing confidential information.
This is critical role within the organisation that requires someone with previous claims assessment experience along with strong people skills as well as the ability to multitask.
