At the Digital Skills Agency, we’re all about helping our clients to be human in a digital world. We are experts in digital skills: helping businesses understand what digital skills they have, what skills they need, and how to manage their digital capability in the new world of work. Our specialties include skills and organisational development consulting, recruitment, talent management, and coaching and development. **About the role**
We have created this role as we’re growing and scaling - which is very exciting We’ve created it to help smooth and refine our business operations, establish a steady cadence to our behind-the-scenes activities, and freeing up the Directors to focus on growth and client delivery. You will be the first in this role, and there is a great opportunity to set the scene You’ll be involved in:

- Team coordination - acting as our general coordinator (you’ll become our Scrum Master), keeping the threads of our operations together and smoothly running with a regular, well-paced cadence. This will also include arranging events such as our quarterly in-person gatherings, keeping our systems organised and ship-shape, and being our virtual front-of-house.
- Financial and business support - bookkeeping, drafting invoices, drafting some official/contractual documentation, and support with other regulatory or financial activities.

**About you**
- We think you’ll have previous experience as an EA, which will have given you exposure to the sensitive business information and senior support the role will need. However, you may have come from another kind of business or office administration background - we’d love to hear from you either way. It would also be ideal if you have some exposure to either learning and development, or marketing/social media, but this is not essential.
- You’ll be numerically literate - you don’t have to be an expert with the numbers, but you will be comfortable with bookkeeping (in Xero), drafting invoices, and dealing with intermediate level spreadsheets (Excel).
- You will be digitally confident, and you’ll get a kick out of using and organising various kinds of online tools.
- Organisation and proactivity will be second nature to you. When you see something needs to happen, you’ll make it so. You’ll also know when to check in with the team to align well.
