Development training and support. **The Role** This diverse role blends Key Account Management with Client Business Management to create an interesting and challenging position that is an integral part of the sales business. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be joining the “A Team” acclaimed as much for their experience as for their passion and sense of fun. Your job will be to build effective relationships with Brand Principals and the Retailers in the Grocery and Convenience channels. This will include working with your clients to develop strategies to grow their brands and working with the National Field Sales Manager to ensure the field team executes activity effectively. You will also create and manage retailer promotional plans, interpret market data and provide retailer insights to clients to assist their decision making. **The Requirements** A solid understanding of FMCG and the Grocery Retailer trade is preferred. However, we may consider someone who can demonstrate experience juggling multiple key accounts in a similar environment. This role will suit a Key Account Executive looking to stretch their career or a Senior Territory Manager, Key Account Manager, Brand Manager, Category Manager or Client Business Manager ready for a fresh challenge. Proven success managing multiple clients, categories or brands is sought, as is good communication skills, sound negotiation and analytical skills. A great work ethic, resilience, a genuine desire for accountability with the determination to be successful, will go a long way towards securing this opportunity. **Next Step
