We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator that is not afraid to use their initiative.

**Purpose of Position**:
Work within and as part of the corporate business team of personal assistants to provide secretarial, administrative and executive assistance to the Executive Management team to ensure efficient, effective and customer focussed service delivery and to meet the day-to-day operating needs of the office.

**About The Role**:
- Calendar Management - Manage meeting requests and schedule meetings within agreed diary parameters.
- Meeting Management - Prepare paperwork for meetings and presentations including agenda and minute taking.
- Travel - Book flights and accommodation, ensuring standard procedures for travel approval and requisitions are maintained.
- Reporting - Assist senior manager/s to maintain information recorded in various systems.
- Administration - Adhoc administration to support the corporate business team and Executive Management.
- Providing cover for the EA team while on leave.

**About You**:

- Available immediately
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced and forever-changing environment, working to tight and changing deadlines
- Be adaptable, flexible and be able to think on your feet
- You enjoy working within a team environment and communicating across all areas of a business.
- An ability to pick up new systems, build strong relationships and a have positive nature is also crucial to success in this role.
