Human Resources Coordinator and Administrator

**About the Role**:To assist in the implementation, execution, administration and supervision of HR processes relevant to Aviat’s New Zealand and Australia needs and culture, locally, regionally and globally.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the recruitment process ensuring that process and approvals are adhered to while maintaining a high standard of accurate and prompt documentation and service.
- Administer new hire and exit processes including conducting inductions and exit interviews
- Administer employee payroll and benefits
- Conduct regular data audits
- Using the appropriate procedures, record, document, report and escalate all the necessary employment information so that the organization can comply with all its internal and external Human Resources requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee information within personnel files and the HRIS/payroll databases while ensuring compliance with Privacy legislation
- Support regional and global HR initiatives as required
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications & Competencies**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or administration preferred
- Two years of work experience in similar role
- Self driven and goal-oriented mindset and working style
- Ability to establish high integrity and trust among staff
- Ability to work independently
- Diligence and preciseness
- Working experience in telecommunication or IT sector is preferable
- No supervisory experiences required
- No traveling required
