**The role**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated National Business Manager to join our team. This pivotal position reports directly to the GM - Sales, Distribution, Operations, and is responsible for the leadership and operational delivery of the North Island Contact Centre, Sales, and Operation teams.
As a leader in the business, you will be proactive, have an excellent eye for detail to be able to develop and implement strategies that are designed to improve productivity, and consistently review for ways to improve our performance across all aspects of the operation with a constant focus on seamless ways of working. This will be achieved by maintaining accurate reporting and data analysing of the business metrics and processes you have implemented.
Customer focus will be at the forefront of the business, and you will be looking at opportunities to consistently achieve and exceed exceptional levels of customer service, standards and ensuring issues are resolved as they arise.
You will assist with preparation of the annual business plan and budget, activity monitoring and driving performance against the financial results and looking for opportunities to continue the growth of our business across the departments.
**To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with**:
- 10+ years extensive experience in all aspects of an operational business
- Strong people focused leadership experience
- Experience in developing and maintaining key networks with stakeholders both internal and external
- A strong passion for looking after the customer and a frequent improvement mindset.
- You are results-driven in achieving KPI’s and business targets, very detail-oriented and have a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent time management, with the ability to multi-task, and problem solve
- Excellent written and oral communications
- The ability to effectively develop and implement and deliver strategies, initiatives, and purpose into operational environments
- Strong commercial skills.
- Commitment to health and safety
