As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for working with customers at strategic or senior levels to shape and deliver leading edge solutions/processes, seeking feedback and innovating with the customer to drive and deliver improvements, meet customer needs, and developing long term relationship. Reporting to the Local Division Manager, creating work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects in consultation with respective Project Managers and ensures quality deliverables on time and at targeted cost.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that engineering is developed with complete information and that all multidisciplinary information has been included in the engineering development.
- Creating an engineer design concept / philosophy definition.
- Acting as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline and completing engineering assignments for that discipline.
- Collaborating on project installation, commissioning, and site activities, clarifying potential issues, or providing solutions to correct engineering errors.
- Actively participating in project meetings and resolving any outstanding technical issues to meet contractual obligations.
- Representing the organization in communications and conferences pertaining to broad aspects of engineering assignments.
- Developing and coaching project engineering teams and colleagues, supporting with technical advice and guidance.
- Leading creation or reviews of new processes, tools, and techniques in the business, especially as it pertains to leading and coordinating project engineering teams.
- Supporting the Project Manager in the overall project risk and opportunity assessments and implementation of resulting actions.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor or Master’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Technical Team Lead
- Experience in process and power industry Electrical and automation
- High knowledge of Automation engineering. Prior Expertise on ABB Automation solution is preferred.
- Good systems-thinking
- A customer-focused way of working and commitment to solve technical problems
- Possibility to travel occasionally
- You are fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing), you’re an excellent communicator that can build consensus around its proposals
