We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual that has an outstanding work ethic, who thrives under pressure, and who enjoys working as part of a team. The Remedial Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate systems to ensure the quality of Planned Maintenance inspections. You will work with the Scheduling & Operations team to arrange rectification of faults identified during planned maintenance inspections and Hazard Risk Assessments and, in collaboration with Regional Managers, you will provide recommendations and quotes on remedial/proactive repairs to customers. Your technical knowledge and experience will be vital to this role.
- Possess energy, enthusiasm and thrives under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance/coordination role would be an advantage
- Enjoy interacting with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Have excellent planning and organisational skills
- Possess critical thinking skills & financial acumen
