LL Property Services Ltd is looking for one full-time Maintenance Planner in the construction field to perform routine tasks to the company quality standards in Wellington. We are offering a competitive hourly rate from $29.66 to $32.00, as well as weekly hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours.
- Level 4 or above relevant qualification in engineering/construction/surveying is required.
- Sound time and relationship management skills.
- Full commitment is required.
- Capability of developing and managing construction schedules.
- Ability to collaborate with teams to devise solutions for complex problems.
- Physically fit the job and can work indoors and outdoors at various construction sites.
- Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime.
- Be able to pass a police check.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Maintenance Strategy Development**: Design and implement maintenance plans for various construction needs.

**Scheduling and Coordination**: Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure construction projects progress without interruptions.

**Equipment Monitoring**: Regularly inspect equipment to identify potential issues and take preventive action.

**Record Management**: Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks, materials/tools used, and associated expenses.

**Compliance**: Ensure all maintenance procedures align with health and safety regulations.

**Budgeting**: Calculate maintenance costs and allocate budgets effectively.

**Vendor Liaison**: Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to acquire services and materials.

**Others**: Any other tasks that are reasonably requested by the employer from time to time.
