**Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role**:
The appointing salary for this role will be between **$60,100.00 and $78,900.00**, dependent on skills and experience.

The role is full-time, permanent 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday). You must also be available for on-call shifts during weekend and rostered duties across different campuses.

The is IT Service Engineer based in our Wintec | Te Pūkenga (Hamilton) reporting to the Manager Technology Services and will be responsible for:
Your energy and passion will be key to guiding and empowering the Information Technology Services team and setting the standard for excellent customer service.

**He kōrero mōu| About you**:

- IT related qualification and/or Degree;
- Minimum 3-5 years IT industry experience
- IT ServiceDesk problem and incident management, including accurate recording and resolution documentation;
- Self-motivated, methodical and able to demonstrate high levels of initiative;
