We have an exciting opportunity to join our transformation office on a **3-year fixed-term contract** as a **Change Deployment Partner** at our Albany based Support Centre. If you lead with transparent, engaging and effective practices and keep the end user at the heart of your decision making we would love to hear from you.

This role is crucial for our transformation programme and will primarily focus on our Stores transformation journey, including the readiness and activation (deployment) where you will see yourself partnering with key stakeholders and leaders across the Mitre10 network to enable and activate the change.

**Reporting to the Deployment Lead - People Readiness your responsibilities will include; -**
- ** Change Delivery**: Lead the change execution and delivery of the planned change interventions, supporting communication and learning for a group of stores at a time.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Build effective stakeholder engagement and communications. Acting as a trusted advisor by advocating for the change and reinforce the purpose, benefits, and key impacts.
- ** Change Leadership**: Facilitate Change Leadership workshops and support change agent network groups.
- ** Monitoring and analysis**: Track, visualize and report on business readiness, and raise Change risks and issues and mitigation plans where required.
- ** Continuous [change] improvement**: Identify lessons learnt from the process and collaborate with the wider deployment teams to incorporate changes for future change deployments.
