**What your day could look like**
- Conduct radio modelling analysis of farms, creation of install plans and communication of install plans to customers
- Timely delivery of the install planning processes to deliver on our deployment milestones and overall deployment schedule
- Creation and iteration of efficient and scalable processes within the deployment operations function
- Communication with customers, running them through the deployment process steps and answering relevant questions in relation to the process
- Organise drone mapping for customer farms, working cross-functionally internally and externally with our drone mapping contractors
- Coordinating third-party contractor timelines, including lightwire, electricians and other service providers
- Continuously improve the broader pre-deployment process to deliver an exceptional experience for farmers
- Support the wider launch team on activities such as pre-build and provisioning to deliver on our deployment schedule

**Who we’re looking for**
- Experience using tools such as Virtual Surveyor, ASANA or similar project management tools and radio frequency planning software
- The ability to meticulously manage projects from start to finish
- Someone who is proficient with using Google Workspace and the ability to learn software products quickly e.g. surveying tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you will be coordinating with team members and contractors in various regions
- Great attention to detail, you will need to ensure work carried out by contractors and casual employees is to a high standard and completed on time
- Excellent time management skills, you will need to prioritise jobs effectively and will be working to set cycle times
- A proactive thinker who can identify opportunities and action process improvements
