**Deployment Manager - Security Workforce**

**Location**: Auckland, New Zealand
**Hourly Rate**: $25 - $32 per hour
**Hours**: Minimum 30 - Maximum 40 hours per week (Shift-based, Monday to Sunday)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **highly organized and professional Deployment Manager** to oversee the scheduling and deployment of security staff. This role involves **managing shift rosters, assigning staff to locations, ensuring workforce coverage, and maintaining accountability for work hours and schedules**. You will be responsible for optimizing staff deployment to meet client security requirements efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and manage security staff rosters** to ensure full shift coverage.
- **Assign and deploy security personnel** based on client needs and operational requirements.
- **Monitor staff attendance, hours worked, and shift adherence.**:

- **Ensure accurate workforce scheduling** while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- **Conduct regular staff check-ins** and ensure compliance with work schedules.
- **Coordinate with clients** to confirm security coverage and service expectations.
- **Handle shift changes, replacements, and leave management** to maintain operational continuity.
- **Train and guide staff managers and security officers** on deployment procedures and client policies.
- **Investigate and resolve scheduling conflicts, absences, and coverage gaps.**:

- **Track and report on workforce performance, including hours worked and shift compliance.**:

- **Ensure all security staff adhere to legal and company requirements.**:

- **Support the recruitment and onboarding of security personnel as needed.**:

- **Perform other operational duties to ensure smooth security service delivery.**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in workforce management, security operations, or a related field.
- Strong **organizational and leadership skills** with attention to detail.
- **Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Experience in rostering and scheduling workforce teams.**:

- Ability to **multi-task and manage dynamic shift changes.**:

- Proficiency in **workforce management software** (preferred).
- **Clean drug and criminal record.**:

- **Certificate of Approval from PSPLA** and **NZ Class 1 Driver’s License** (mandatory).
- **Ability to commute within the Auckland region.**:

- **Long-term commitment required.**

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auckland City, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
