**The Role**:

- This role will see you providing industry leading estimating, quotations, price management and customer service to support to our Account Managers at Placemakers West Hub. You would be managing various administration and accounts tasks within an efficient timeframe. You will be managing information input into all relevant systems and follow up and manage all quotations given to Account Managers. It demands the ability to prioritise workload as well as helping to implement and communicate process changes. Responding to branch queries. Processing service requests. Returning completed jobs to the branches. Workflow management. Liaising with internal and external estimators. General administration duties.

**About you**:

- The role would suit someone with solid coordination and administration experience, with system and process experience and an ability to look at ways to simplify what we do with the view to improving the customer experience.
- You’re a strong team player that is computer literate alongside having the ability to work well under pressure, problem solve and take initiative.
- You have a genuine interest in the building industry and understand key aspects of the building process as well as being able to demonstrate your ability to read building plans. A strong eye for detail. An interest in systems along with good Excel abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines. Highly customer focused with strong relationship building skills.
