If you’re passionate about numbers and supporting a team, then take a closer look at this great role** **The Role**: Our New Lynn team are busier than ever and require additional support, you’ll be reporting to our Pricing & Estimations Manager, and will support our trade sales team by coordinating estimations, quotations and price management, in addition you will have the opportunity to learn computer modelling. As an important part of the business and will provide excellent customer service to our trade customers and key stakeholders. On a daily basis, this will also include - Estimating and quoting a range of projects - Liaising regularly with our account managers, subcontractors, suppliers and trade customers - Consulting on plans and quotations - Administration relating to invoices and credits **About You**: You’re a strong team player that is computer literate (with a focus on excel ability) alongside having the ability to work well under pressure, problem solves and takes initiative. You have a genuine interest in the building industry and understand key aspects of the building process as well as being able to demonstrate the following - - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Competent mathematical ability - Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines - Highly customer focused with strong relationship building skills - Previous experience within a pricing coordination role would be an advantage **What’s in it for you?** This is an exciting time to join our journey as we grow our people and business.
