**Job Description**:
We have a great opportunity for a** Property Manager** to join our **Occupier Services** team, based in our **award-winning **waterfront **Auckland CBD **office.

This role will be responsible for negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews, make good lease provisions and OPEX reviews on behalf of our client-owned and occupied properties. This role will manage a large portfolio of leased properties, requiring accurate and timely database management.

- Actively participate in lease negotiations and client relationship management
- Participate as part of a team to ensure all performance outcomes and KPIs are met
- Promote and support the strategic direction of the client property
- Leverage our strong processes, technology, and people to deliver continued consistency of lease management to client properties
- Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to clients and the Contract Director
- Attend to all property and lease management related enquiries and requests
- Implement ongoing cost reduction and income optimisation initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of commercial property management experience, including working with commercial leases
- The ability to travel nationwide and a current clean full driver’s licence
- Proficient with computer systems and database management
- Financially literate
