**Property and Renovation Manager**

Platinum Property Management Group is an Auckland based company that offers three types of services: 1) Rental portfolio management, 2) Residential renovation work and 3)Project management service. We pride ourselves on being personable while having exceptional knowledge of all things related to properties.

The primary role of the Property and Renovation Manager will be to manage an allocated portfolio, arrange and supervise sub-contractors carrying out maintenance and renovation work. You will be expected to be involved in planning, organising, directing, and controlling activities and operations of contractors to ensure that work is completed to the satisfaction of customers and all targets (productivity, quality and safety) are met.

We’re looking for an individual with great communication qualities to service our existing properties, maintain and build on the current relationships and push our property management company forward.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining existing relationships
- Leasing properties
- Property Inspections
- Liaising with tenants, owners and tradespeople
- Liaise with contractors, designers, and consultants.
- Arrange contractors for maintenance work.
- Plan and execute renovation projects.
- Manage renovation projects for customers.
- Manage timelines, schedules, and resource availability.
- Maintaining CRM

**Experience and Skills**:

- Full drivers Licence
- Positive mindset
- Highly organised with great time management skills
- Experience in property management is preferable but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience is in residential renovation is a must.

**Due to the nature of the job, we will be carrying out random drug tests.**

**Salary**: Up to $25.00 per hour
