Role Overview:
We are offering a 3-month internship for aspiring Commercial Property Valuers who are eager to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a professional environment. This internship is designed to provide a introduction to the commercial property valuation industry, with the potential for future employment opportunities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting valuations of commercial properties across various sectors, including office, retail, industrial, childcare, and healthcare.
- Support the team in data collection, analysis, and reporting using our in-house database and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with senior valuers to learn best practices and gain insights into portfolio management and institutional investment markets.
- Participate in professional development activities, including training sessions and networking events.

You Will Have:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a University Property Qualification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with database management is a plus.
