We are looking for a skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage our portfolio of properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our properties and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction. Your primary duties will include:
**Responsibilities**:
Managing all aspects of day-to-day property operations, including rent collection, maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations
Conducting regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues and safety hazards
Overseeing the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements
Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
Managing the budget for each property and ensuring that expenses are kept within budget
Using Palace Property Management software to manage tenant accounts, property details, and financial transactions
Communicating effectively with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure that all parties are informed and satisfied with property operations
Conducting regular staff meetings to keep the team informed of property performance and to identify areas for improvement
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the properties are managed in accordance with industry standards and regulations

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably with experience using Palace Property Management software
Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
