**What you’ll be doing**:
***Our Property Team is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Programme Manager, responsible for providing leadership, governance and structured management across a wide range of activities across the Chorus property and building portfolio.

We need someone to manage and drive the delivery of various capital and operational projects across Chorus and foster a strong focus on delivery, execution and customer needs while also providing leadership to ensure adherence to project management methodology and processes.

Ensure Chorus maintains a positive and constructive reputation within the local community in its dealings with stakeholders and local communities thorough the management of its outsourced network construction activities.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:
If the above sounds like something you’d be interested in, here are the qualities and skills we are looking for:

- At least 10 years of experience in operational and/or deployment of networks
- Strong background in contract/project management across a wide variety of property construction projects, including corporate office refresh projects.
- Implementing project and programme management practices and disciplines.
- Proven ability in leadership, people management and team building skills including relationship building and managing diversity, ability to maintain relationships and manage diversity.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving traits
- Absolute commitment to deliver
- Ability to manage across the business, have a collaborative-strong team-based approach, motivate others and be a team player
- Negotiation Skills
- Solid understanding of network capability delivery
