**About this role**

The primary purpose of the Contact Centre Representative is to provide an outstanding customer experience ensuring positive customer interactions and attaining first contact resolution using advanced communication and problem-solving skills.

**Role details**:
**Title**: Contact Centre Representative
**Role**: Full Time - Permanent
**Location**: Te Awamutu
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week
**Days**: Monday - Friday

As a Contact Centre Representative, you will:

- Conduct customer follow-ups and call backs promptly as required
- Co-ordinate the speedy resolution of customer issues and respond knowledgeably to questions
- Accurately record all necessary call data, as required for each call type, according to standard operating procedures
- Meet or exceed daily targets as agreed from time to time with Team Lead

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who has the following:

- NZ Certificate in Contact Centres (Level 4) or New Zealand Certificate in Business (Administration and Technology) (Level 4)
- Proven (3 - 5 years) experience in listening and communication skills
- Fluent Reo speaker preferred or be prepared to increase knowledge, understanding and everyday use of te reo and āhuatanga Māori and support other kaimahi in the same endeavour
- Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
