We’re looking for a delivery-focused leader to join CBS as **Head of Software Delivery** — someone who can lead agile teams with clarity and purpose, and who thrives on turning complexity into structure and results.

You’ll take the reins of our software delivery function at a pivotal moment. This role is ideal for someone experienced in **Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, SaaS**, and **cloud-native transformation**. You’ll lead a team of approximately 12 Developers (NZ and remote) and be central to how they execute their product roadmap — from a managed package to scalable, cloud-first delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS platform roadmap using Scaled Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Working closely with the Solutions Architect, Product, QA and Customer Support to align priorities and deliver product excellence
- Coach and grow the team of in-house and remote developers
- Introduce and scale delivery practices fit for a modern cloud-native SaaS environment
- Report on key metrics to internal and external stakeholders with transparency and confidence

**Qualifications**
- Significant experience leading software delivery in a **SaaS and/or cloud transformation** context
- Expertise in **Scaled Agile (SAFe)**, Scrum, and agile planning at scale
- Strong technical understanding of **cloud platforms** (we use Azure but knowledge of any of the main cloud platforms is great)
- Background managing **remote and globally distributed development teams**of similar size to ours (12 staff)
- Ideally competent in C# and T-SQL languages
- Track record of improving delivery predictability, quality, and collaboration
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
