Our **Christchurch **office is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced **Office Administrator and Project Support **to become an integral member of our National Administration team. This is a **12-month, fixed term and part-time position.**
**The role**:
- Preparation of project reports and documents as required.
- Preparation of documentation for proposals and tenders including templates, employee CV’s, organisation charts etc, including assisting bid writers in gathering documentation required.
- Assisting the relevant teams as required to ensure the Opportunity Pipeline is kept up to date.
- Meeting co-ordination and documentation including minutes, agendas and associated presentations, internal and external, HSE recording etc.
- Support teams as required with respect to requirements in client and industry systems including but not limited to Tender link, GET’s, Ariba etc
- Provide support to the National Administration Manager on office and NZ-wide projects as required, including back up Reception in Christchurch.
- Actively participate in collaborative working relationships with office admin staff from all regional offices, nationally and internationally throughout GHD.
- On-boarding of new team members.
- Support HSE Rep with Health and Safety issues
**About you**:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- IT savvy and willing to learn new software.
- Great communicator, both verbal and written.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage conflicting priories and deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Having a level head and being able to think through a problem to a final satisfactory outcome.
- Demonstrates a high standard of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism and personal integrity.
- A positive attitude and confidence using own initiative.
