**What we are looking for**:
- We are looking for a Digital Content Programme Manager for a fixed term of 12 months. As the Content Programme Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading an SEO led and data driven content marketing initiative. Content marketing is a key driver for acquiring site visitation, new customers and ultimately driving Xero’s business performance - you will be the glue that ensures alignment across multiple teams, functions and stakeholders to deliver on our roadmap.
**What you’ll do**:
- Own the delivery of our content roadmap to drive strategic marketing outcomes
- End to end coordination of content marketing initiatives
- Design, schedule, and facilitate programme rituals to keep cross functional team members engaged and accountable
- Maintain strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders, to understand their needs and ideas, drive alignment and manage expectations
- Prioritize new requests from the business
- Drive workflow efficiencies and document important processes
- Ensure SEO and content marketing best practice are met and that content projects deliver on the needs of our audiences and marketing goals
- Champion content marketing at Xero - be a central point of coordination and expertise
- Monitor content performance, through a key set of KPIs, at both a global and regional level
- Collect and share analysis and insights
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experience leading content marketing initiatives
- Programme management experience
- Relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder management
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketingIdeally 5+ years work experience in similar roles
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes
- Responsibility for setting and monitoring performance against targets
- Willingness to wear multiple hats and support teammates in order to get a job done.
