**What will you be doing?**

The IT Environments Manager plays a key role in helping us build beautifully simple and rewarding experiences for our customers.

You can expect to be involved across a variety of areas including:

- Responsible for co ordinating and implementing core code and rating releases into all non production environments
- Tracking and scheduling all environment requests
- Plan and co-ordinate environment activities and resources from priorities, including maintaining Environments backlog
- Analyse New Environment requests, recommend and co-ordinate implementation
- Ownership Patching lifecycle plan ensuring components are on latest possible supported version
- Be a key player in implementation team working with the Release and Change

**What you'll need**

You are a confident leader who drives motivation, inspiration and development amongst your teams.

**You will also be able to demonstrate**:

- 5+ years of experience in an IT service management/service delivery role
- 7+ years of experience in the IT or Telco industry
- Strong co ordination and facilitation skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of problem-solving methodologies and the ability to facilitate discussions around complex issues and bring them to resolution.
