**The Opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a Logistics Supervisor to work at our recently opened Auckland, NZ site on a
**permanent full-time basis (Monday to Friday - regular business hours 38 hrs per week).**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Materials ordering
- Dispatch of goods
- Courier management
- Vehicle maintenance scheduling
- Resolution of delivery issues
- Management and development of the team; including staff training, communicating goals and generating timetables for the Logistic Technicians
- Increase efficiencies through implementation of best work practices
- Attend to non-conformance, deviations, complaints and recalls
- Administration duties
- Other tasks as directed

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience leading a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of GMP (Preferred but not essential)
