We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize our logistics operations at our Highbrook, Auckland Branch.

The Afternoon/Nighttime Operations Supervisor will be responsible for **supervising the evening and nighttime logistics operations,** ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage evening and nighttime operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks involving refrigerated goods
- Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies, particularly those related to temperature-controlled logistics
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to temperature control standards
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on shift activities and performance metrics
- Assist in training and development of staff members, focusing on best practices for handling refrigerated goods

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in refrigerated logistics, transportation, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to logistics operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
