With the growing e-commerce market, many business owners are looking for third party logistics providers to outsource their order fulfilment and get back to growing their business. Stocka is a fast-growing 3PL company within TIMG providing easy to understand the inwards, despatch and storage services to small and medium sized e-commerce businesses from NZ and AUS.

**The Role**

**What You’ll Do**
- Plan, schedule, and review daily workload of dispatch and inwards
- Monitor labour requirements and costs to ensure targets are being met cost-effectively
- Ensure all processes, systems, and policies are understood and followed by your team
- Assist in customer on-boarding and planning of stock arrival, receipting and put-away
- Assist in day to day fulfilment of orders if necessary

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience managing a warehouse operations team - 3PL highly preferred
- Strong operational efficiency skills and the ability to implement process improvement
- An understanding of labour costs and how to efficiently manage workloads within a team
- Great communications skills and the ability to liaise directly with customers on operational matters
- A good understanding of inventory management, order management, logistics and using a Warehouse Management System
- Maintaining exceptional health and safety, security, and compliance standards
